His 12 league goals broke Denis Law’s record for the most goals scored by a Scotsman in a single Serie A season, while he also notched 1 in the Italian Cup, as well as providing 6 league assists in his 34 league matches. He arrived too late for the opening game, before starting all but 1 league match in the Blues league winning campaign.
