The SFA have released the details regarding ticketing sales for the 2026 World Cup. This includes the exact number of tickets per match, and the various prices at each category.

The official allocation and prices as released by the SFA.

The SFA should be commended as by my calculations they have taken only between 10 and 20% of the allocation. This needs to cover all the players’ families, the sponsors, the SFA staff, the member clubs - and more. As a comparison the Dutch FA stated they would take 30% of the tickets.

Barrhead travel are offering travel packages for Scotland fans - I can say categorically that the tickets they are selling did NOT come from the SFA’s allocation and so are not taking tickets away from the SSC.

The application window for SSC members opens on Monday, and the SFA will email all 38,000 members a unique access code. This article details how many points you need to guarantee a ticket, the prices, allocations, the FIFA ballot, downgrading categories and the “sit together” option.
